I have an extensive sales and marketing background gained through working for over 15 years at Bupa, the UK’s leading private healthcare provider. At Bupa I gained a wealth of experience across all sectors whether it be working directly with consumers, growing businesses or large corporates.
Whilst at Bupa I earned a reputation for delivering a range of customer centric marketing programmes, this included building Bupa’s first customer segment driven loyalty programme which lead to a significant improvement in retention rates and savings in excess of £10m. More recently I developed a marketing partnership programme, building strategic partnerships with companies such as Boots and David Lloyd Healthclubs. This provided the opportunity to offer new product opportunities and target new customer groups which were key to the development of Bupa’s business strategy.
So why Combinate Marketing? I have a clear belief that there is real opportunity for businesses of whatever size to partner and plan much more effectively, and to identify those new revenue opportunities whilst meeting the needs of their customers.
Outside of work my family keeps me busy. I especially enjoy coaching my son’s u10 football team, and going to watch Stoke City with my son where we are both season ticket holders. Always keen for a new challenge I recently took up sailing and even have a couple of certificates to prove it!
